NPCs of the Antorus the Burning Throne
A bunch of friendly NPCs!
On Argus you will encounter many aggressive creatures: there’s always has to be someone to grind in any WoW location! However, you gonna need someone on your side: meet some friendly NPCs!
LIGHTFORGED CENTURION, LIGHTFORGED CLERIC AND LIGHTFORGED COMMANDER!
The Grand Army of the Light, just like any other army, needs its footmen, and Lightforged Centurions are the glorious resistance’s heart and biceps. The Burning Legion might be huge, unfathomably horrible and strong, but what it hasn’t managed to decimate so far is the Golden Shield of Argus, the Hope of the Universe, which has been held firmly by hands of these devoted soldiers.
The Argus conflict is to become a great turning point: the first time in the recorded history of the Golden Army, when Lightforged shields will be less important than Lightforged hammers, as it is a real onslaught they are now to produce with their heavy hits.
During your mission into the depths of Antorus, the Burning Throne your raid will receive most helpful assistance fr om centurions, so be ready to help back and don't forget to /salut these brave warriors whenever you see them!
The Grand Army of Light is known for its cooperation with naaru, and, indeed, they can boast the most skilful conductors of the Light in the Universe: Lightforged Clerics are the most qualified healers you can find anywhere in Azeroth and beyond (except for the Boost2Night in-service raiders, of course!).
When centurions fall down in battle, clerics do their best to return spirits of the bold warriors back to their bodies and to fix what was broken – they are some kind of creature menders, curing both flesh and soul.
Soon, probably, you will have an opportunity to receive some Lightforge treatment as well: while fighting your way into the dungeons of Antorus, the Burning Throne, you will encounter Lighforged squads, supported by clerics. Be respectful and try not to leave a bad impression, as if you get wounded or die, these guys will be responsible for getting you and other raiders back to the optimal condition. And you better get back to it in one piece.
The Grand Army of Light is strong enough to endure a lot, but to move forward and to know wh ere the forward is it needs a good command. Speaking of the Golden Army anatomy, we already know what makes its muscles (centurions) and soul (clerics), now we have a chance to learn what constitutes its brain: the wit and the decisiveness of its commanders.
Armed with huge swords, the commanders need no shields to protect themselves, as they are always backed up, and not only by centurions and clerics, but by their will and courage. Examples of the greatest devotion, they serve their people and the bright future of the worlds, and thus are ready to sacrifice their life for the good of the Resistance. Yet they are nothing like zealots or berserkers: in their hearts devotion and honour find themselves in a surprising company of composure and prudence.
In Antorus, the Burning Throne they will be the engine of the invasion, so whenever you see them – follow, whenever you hear them – listen: sometimes your raid leader won’t find words as inspiring, as these guys manage to! They are almost as good as Boost2Night’s RLs!
